Design for results.

A graduate of The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I knew from an early age that I'd pursue a career & life of creativity. After completing my BFA in Visual Commmunications & Illustration, I spent a number of years in agencies helping brands like Marriott Rewards, Orbitz, Guitar Center, and Banana Republic promote themselves in the digital world. Currently, I am a Staff Product Designer at Uplight, where we design and build digital products to help create a more sustainable future. I love design in all of its many forms and am most interested in that which is useful, beautiful, and above all – effective.

When I am not lost in the right side of my brain, I am playing in the mountains, deep into a good read, or drinking strong coffee (sometimes simultaneously). I'm a big fan of skillful drumming, most anything on 2 wheels, my nephews, and always trying to leave people better than I found them.
